Peter Zambra
COO

Peter has 20 years experience in the facilities/mechanical industry and gained qualifications as a Plumber. Peter obtained qualifications as a registered gas installer to name some of the qualifications acquired over the last 20 years. He started off his career within Frontline as a Plumbing Technician and has progressed over the last 13 years to be the company Chief Operating Officer.Peter's responsibilities as COO is to have overall responsibility of Frontlines operations, working closely with the service desk team and technical teams. Peter adopts a hands-on approach while liaising directly with clients and the operations team to ensure our client's needs and services are delivered to the highest possible standard.

Denise Coyne
CFO

Denise joined Frontline Energy in 2012 and brings a unique knowledge of supply chain procurement, and avails of the best commodity prices. Her forecasting ability benefits Frontline's property manager and investor clients every day. Denise ensures cash flows steadily and reliably so that continuity of service is maintained for all clients. Denise also has responsibility for all reporting, financial management and compliance with all financial requirements for the company and is a Fellow of the Chartered Accountants of Ireland.

Denise Heneghan
Account Manager

Denise has been a key member of the Frontline team since 2010. In her role she assists property managers and investors to mobilise the district energy contract from the ground up and remove headaches for Frontline's clients. She has highly developed organisational and communication skills and provides an important interface between client team and Frontline's technical team in the operation and maintenance of the district heating system.

Caroline Mooney
Accounts Administrator

With 40 years of experience in accounts and customer service, Caroline is often the first point of contact for customers at Frontline. She expertly handles all residential account queries, ensuring that each customer receives prompt and efficient service. Caroline's extensive experience allows her to swiftly address concerns, putting customers' minds at ease from the very first interaction. Her dedication to delivering exceptional service makes her an invaluable asset to our team and a reassuring presence for our clients.

Seaneen Flynn
Client Services Manager

Seaneen Flynn is the Service Desk Manager at Frontline Energy and Environmental Limited, where she has been an integral part of the team for two years. With five years of prior experience in similar roles, Seaneen excels at ensuring that access arrangements meet detailed specifications and that projects are completed on schedule. Her strong organisational skills and attention to detail ensure the highest standards of service delivery. In her client-facing role, Seaneen is committed to keeping clients informed after every planned preventive maintenance (PPM) or reactive visit, fostering strong and trusting relationships through clear communication and a dedication to customer satisfaction.

Matthew Dayman
Senior Service Desk Coordinator

With 12 years of industry experience, Matthew Dayman serves as the Senior Service Desk Coordinator at our company. He plays a pivotal role in ensuring the timely delivery of service reports and providing comprehensive project updates. Matthew liaises directly with our on-site technicians, guaranteeing that all relevant documentation is promptly delivered and any necessary follow-up work is escalated efficiently. His commitment to clear communication and meticulous attention to detail ensures that our operations run smoothly and client expectations are consistently met. Matthew's expertise and proactive approach make him an invaluable asset to both our team and our clients.

Shane Whelan
Process & Chemical Engineer

Shane is a qualified engineer with a Master's degree in Process & Chemical Engineering and over three years of experience in the energy and renewable sectors. He provides comprehensive technical support to our team and engages with clients to optimise their energy use, helping them transition towards a more sustainable future. Shane is highly resourceful across multiple disciplines, collaborating closely with our plumbers, electricians, and HVAC maintenance teams to deliver high-quality services. He also ensures that clients receive timely and accurate reports on all engineering matters, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of their businesses.
