SERVICE ENGINEER – MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL SERVICES
Duties & Responsibilities:
- As an experienced and qualified Service Engineer, you will be responsible for working with a mobile team delivering preventative maintenance, service and repairs across the range of Building Services, including all aspects of Heating systems, Plumbing and Mechanical services.
- You will be responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of District Heating and District Energy Systems. You will be required to be proficient in Building Control Systems / BMS /SCADA systems.
- You will be responsible for the maintenance and operation of the main plant such as gas and biomass boilers /CHP and all associated support equipment and systems.
Candidate:
- Ability to work to schedule and have excellent planning and communication skills.
- Customer focused and committed to providing excellent service.
- Good numerical skills & capable of working from drawings and specifications.
- Ability to use instruments for taking voltage, current and pressure readings.
- Demonstrated ability to write & communicate concise and accurate reports.
- Demonstrated interest in new technology especially relating to sustainable energy systems, solar, geothermal heat pumps and so on.
Education & Qualification:
- Leaving certificate
- Trade qualification & training
- Min, 5 years post apprenticeship
- Full driving licence
- Safe pass

SERVICE CO-ORDINATOR
A fantastic opportunity for a part time Service Co-Coordinator to join an established and respected Irish company operating in the energy sector. The successful candidate will have drive and ambition and should be capable of working on their own initiative. They will work closely with the Service manager to provide support in their role.
- Good with schedules and planners. Ability to adapt to busy workloads and important clients.
- Knowledge of a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel etc.
- Ability to produce documents and maintain records, spreadsheets and reports.
- Familiar with software management systems. (Pemac, Oracle, NetOne) (Not essential as training will be given)
- Ability to update databases: hyper linking reports and sequential filing.
- Experience in dealing with clients, contractors and staff via phone and email.
- Scheduling on call technicians
- Strong organizational skills. Keeping server based filing system up to date.
- Good all round knowledge of Microsoft office

SALES AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Role:
To identify and develop business in the following areas, Facilities and Property Management, Energy Management Services and Mechanical and Electrical maintenance contracts.
Responsibilities:
As Business Development Manager you will be working to generate and develop leads and sell the companies Facilities Management and Energy Management Services. You will need to be a proactive individual with a high professional integrity and a proven track record of strong, competitive business development experience.
As Business Development Manager you will need to have a strong understanding of the facilities management industry and market. We are looking for people with a full sales / business development package and can generate leads using proven and innovative methods from cold calling to networking to using existing relationships that you have built within the industry.
We are looking for a strong personality who can hit the floor running and will not need to be trained in the role.
Qualifications and experience
• An experienced Business Development Manager.
• Tendering experience
• Knowledge of Facilities Management sector
• Ability to generate leads and build networks in order to stimulate growth
• A tenacious approach to new business development.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• The ability to prepare, write and win tenders.
• A team player who can work across departments internally
• A proven track record and desire to develop their knowledge and experience as well as a willingness to be very flexible in achieving targets and goals.
Pay & Conditions:
The position will be salaried with a commission / bonus paid on achieving agreed targets allied to a performance review which will take into account work targets achieved and provision of technical and other support to the organisation.
